What if I want to pause my subscription?

You can pause for up to 3 months at any time from your account. Going on holiday? No problem — just pause it.

How do I know when to replace my filter?

We'll email you 2 weeks before your next delivery. Filters last approximately 6 months for a household of 4, or 3,000 litres — whichever comes first.

Do I need a Pureo device to use the subscription?

Yes — the subscription is for replacement filter cartridges that go inside your Pureo tap filter device. If you don't have one yet, start with our Starter Pack at $49.
