30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your Pureo filter for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, we'll give you a full refund — no questions asked. We'll also cover the cost of return shipping.
How to return
- Email us at hello@pureo.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
- Drop the parcel at any Australia Post outlet.
- We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.
Refund method
Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Outside 30 days?
If your filter develops a manufacturing fault outside the 30-day window, contact us. We handle warranty issues on a case-by-case basis and aim to do right by our customers.
