Returns & Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your Pureo filter for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, we'll give you a full refund — no questions asked. We'll also cover the cost of return shipping.

How to return

  1. Email us at hello@pureo.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
  3. Drop the parcel at any Australia Post outlet.
  4. We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.

Refund method

Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Outside 30 days?

If your filter develops a manufacturing fault outside the 30-day window, contact us. We handle warranty issues on a case-by-case basis and aim to do right by our customers.
